Pulliam Square Apartments is a modern residential project comprising a multi-story apartment building with high-end amenity spaces, designed to combine urban living convenience with carefully curated community features. The project includes exterior architectural elements such as clean lines, substantial glazing, varied facade materials, and integrated landscaping. Inside, the design provides a range of unit types, each with well-finished kitchens and baths; shared interior amenities such as a fitness center, resident lounge, co-working or media spaces; and attractive outdoor areas including courtyards with fire pits, seating, grilling stations, and gardens.

Harder Hall Health Care is a comprehensive renovation and expansion of an existing hall to accommodate modern health care functions. The project includes reworking interior layouts to suit clinical use, upgrading finishes and systems, and adapting the structure to meet contemporary standards for medical care and patient comfort. The design maintains the character of the original building where possible, while integrating new elements—such as expanded spaces for patient care, new support areas, updated waiting and circulation zones, and improvements to accessibility and daylighting—to bring the facility up to present-day expectations for both staff and patients.

TBD Yunji Center is a thirteen-story commercial and mixed-use facility proposed for development. Its program is envisioned to support industries such as new-generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, and education, with priority given to enterprises operating in big data, Internet of Things, and information systems. The building is to include commercial spaces, research or work-spaces, possibly laboratories or light industrial support, plus amenities and infrastructure to support high-tech tenants. Its scale (13 floors) suggests a substantial vertical build, with multiple zones that may combine office, facility, and public interface uses.

This project repurposed a historic hotel building into modern residential apartments.
