Pulliam Square Apartments

Pulliam Square Apartments is a modern residential project comprising a multi-story apartment building with high-end amenity spaces, designed to combine urban living convenience with carefully curated community features. The project includes exterior architectural elements such as clean lines, substantial glazing, varied facade materials, and integrated landscaping. Inside, the design provides a range of unit types, each with well-finished kitchens and baths; shared interior amenities such as a fitness center, resident lounge, co-working or media spaces; and attractive outdoor areas including courtyards with fire pits, seating, grilling stations, and gardens.

Construction Experience

From the construction and renovation point of view, this project involved coordination among several trades to achieve both durability and aesthetics. The structural framing, waterproofing and facade construction had to support large windows and outdoor courtyards while maintaining weather tightness and energy efficiency. Interior work involved installing premium finishes—flooring, cabinetry, fixtures—and integrating building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to meet modern code standards and occupant comfort expectations. Shared amenities required special considerations—reinforced flooring in fitness areas, acoustic treatments in lounges, high-capacity equipment infrastructure in kitchens, and durable materials in high-traffic common spaces.
