Site Assessment Services

Professional site visit to take measurements and conduct a project evaluation. For standard projects, we typically spend 1.5 hrs. Please note that larger projects cost more time.
Architectural Design Services

Simple floor plan and key elevations of schematic design. This service will help clients better understand the project and clarify the next steps. Drawings are not intended for permitting or construction use.

Permitting Services Package
Starting from $9999
Complete design package for permitting through your local building department. The package typically includes a site plan, building drawings, structural package, Energy Title 24, and other relevant documents. We will also coordinate with the AHJ and make any necessary drawing changes for the permit.
